At Windsure, I instructed skim boarding and paddle boarding to people of all ages, providing memorable customer experiences while using my intuition and decisiveness to keep customers safe on the water. In my final summer, I led the skim board program overseeing high-quality and safe instruction, while facilitating new hire transitions to maintain a robust instructor base and customer experiences.
