Participated in implementation of commercial excellence tool for one business unit. Responsibilities primarily around the standardization of margin calculations across the business unit, including the introduction of a standardized hourly rate costing model.Led sales data warehouse expansion project to implement the use of a regional data warehouse to all sites within the company as well as to enhance the usage of the data through automated reporting (PowerBI).

Involved in various budgeting roles, including providing general oversight / analysis of group budget, communicating expectations to local finance teams, enhancing tools for sales budgeting process, improving link between sales budget and operational budget, and preparing presentation for C-suite to present the budget to the PE firm for approval.Prepared monthly reporting for internal management’s use in monthly meeting with PE firm leadership team.
