End-to-end ownership of all aspects of Suntory Oceania Australian Logistics. Encompassing the leadership of 4 state DCs and multiple 3PL providers nationally. Leading an exceptional team of 70 people across all sites nationally including 7 direct reports. Focused on creating an environment for my team to excel, be valued, be competent, and with high engagement.Responsible for a total spend of $45m+ budget across Warehouse and Distribution operations. Developing the future Oceania Suntory logistics operational and distribution strategy for our Australia business including continuous improvement, future strategy, training, and process improvement.

Lead the design development of a warehouse and ASRS distribution facility integrated with a world-class beverage facility comprising high-speed automated bottling and canning lines and associated beverage preparation, ingredient storage and utilities commensurate with the scale of operations and business case forecasts. As Head of GF Warehouse, I have primary responsibility for the ASRS tender, contract, Design, Equipment Installation and Commissioning of finished goods transfer to warehouse storage and ensure effective flow of finished goods through picking, staging and loading to transport. Responsible for translating commercial plans into operational concepts and refined designs to ensure safe, high quality, sustainable and efficient delivery. During implementation my role is also responsible for vendor management during the ASRS equipment manufacture, installation, commissioning and acceptance.My role is directly responsible for $46M UD of the total program of $420MAUD. The site once established in 2025 will manufacture and distribute 25M cases with the potential to expand to double.

Responsible for logistics operations and activities that directly impact the Oceania domestic and GTR (Global Travel Retail) businesses. Directly managed all key 3rd party logistics relationships (warehousing, freight including international shipping) and supported/influenced key external logistics relationships (customs agents, etc).Conduct & lead negotiations on new Logistics and Ocean Freight contracts or renewals in OCE, in line with Supply Chain Director, International SC Development Director, and Global Procurement. Identify and lead on all logistics opportunities that optimize supply and help deliver the lowest possible cost to serve from plant to customer. Lead Oceania project management office for all SC logistics initiatives. Aimed at reducing costs and/or improving productivity and service to the international supply chain.Line manage and develop people capability within the logistics team and develop the logistics roles and team structure.
