Site Services Manager
CurrentLeadership of the Site Services team encompassing all services and engineering functions. I lead a team of forty-five across maintenance, projects, services, stores, automation and buildings and grounds. My role is to develop all members of the site services team and operational processes to maximize uptime and ensure that all work undertaken is fit for purpose and compliant to the requirements of a food manufacturing facility. I have developed strategies that have transitioned the maintenance teams from on-call to shift-based working as the company has grown and I have re-aligned many of the roles to ensure that all aspects of the operation of the site are adequately supported. I am fully accountable for the annual repair and maintenance budget.
