Ben is on the senior team at Shared Intelligence and has worked in community renewal and public service improvement for over two decades. He has established peer-learning networks which have grown into lasting communities of practice. He has led strategic reviews of local public services which have enabled them to become more efficient and impactful, and helped organisations create theories of change and evaluation frameworks to support learning and improvement. He was one of the founders of Local Trust and its unique £200m Big Local programme of long-term resident-led investment.Previously Ben worked for Camden Council, and before that in central government (in what is now MHCLG) in social housing, sustainable development, and international aviation.
