Design Process Management and Improvement• Maintain consistency in design integrity, design process execution, and improvement across different CGs and BUs.• Drive for design standardization and cost reduction.• Maintain design database• Keep QIL, PRP, and lesson learned database.3. People management • Global resource coordination, training, and risk management among CGs.• Creating and maintaining an R&R table and criteria for each position ensures that proper knowledge, technology, and skill are in place to support product development and team member's career development.• According to the organization's annual goals, plan A.
