- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and QA to iterate on the design, implementation and deployment of products. Be engaged deeply in the architecture design, implementation, code reviewing and post-deployment support of projects with teams.- Develop, communicate, and execute on team goals focused on achieving IT organization objectives.- Leading a team (20+ members) to take care of all technical debts at company level including code debts, design debts, process debts, documentation debts, and etc.- Work with the software engineering leadership to define and execute on a vision around agile methodologies and progressive best practices to ensure high quality product releases in suitable time frames.- Facilitate and drive the software development strategy for product teams while remaining flexible to individual team needs. - Responsible for the recruitment and on boarding of new team members including individual contributors and leads - Provide leadership, technical expertise and career development for individual contributors and leads- Build and maintain strong relationships with business and technology members- Participate in program/project review meetings to determine status, problem areas, suggest and review corrective actions, directing/planning necessary extra work, and rework and re-plan activities and tools.- Leads other engineering managers in establishing and advocating best quality engineering practices across the organization.

* Leads DevOps adoption (guideline, practices, tools, etc.) based Docker technology on Microsoft Azure platform, and hands-on DevOps related system and infrastructure administrative works, also do new technologies POC and builds template for digital projects based on Docker technology and Microsoft Azure. * Leads solution and architecture design & development of digital projects on Microsoft Azure (PaaS & IaaS), also leads existing projects migration to Azure Cloud (PaaS & IaaS). * Leads coordination of technical projects (CRM, LOGISTIC and etc.) within Asia IT across domains, and present the status to group and zone management team. * As scrum master, contributes on requirements, architect design, solution design, implementation, release & deployment, and supports to digital projects.* Manages and monitors multiple digital projects across different domains within whole development lifecycle, deliver high quality service to business departments. * Manages multiple vendors for development and support of projects like planning, cost control, negotiation, performance evaluation, etc. * Troubles shooting/diagnosis for major technical issues within Asia IT.
