Ben has over 30 years of experience in engineering, project management and contractual / commercial management with involvemnet in building, civil engineering, E&M and railway engineering works. He has been the Project Director of a number of joint ventures in Trackwork & Overhead Line System, Railway Communications System, etc and Bid Manager for a number of multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects in a contracting business. He had been working for CLP in different engineering and mangement positions with his last position as Senior Manager responsible for project planning, resources management and quality management in CLP Power. He joined Beria Consultants as Senior Consultant in September 2022.Ben is a professional member of HKIE & RICS.
