Develop and manage customer relationship with Apple corporate accounts. Provide products, technology and solutions accordingly. Leverage briefings and corporate training to optimize customer experience.

Working with Business teams across four stores in the NEC market. Partners with Business Development Managers and Shopping Experience Managers to drive execution of SMB priorities through regular connections on strategy, customer engagement, and performance. Ensure 100% engagement of managed accounts at the end of each quarter by following up weekly. Track team conversations with customers and give feedback. Support the development of team by training, reviewing accounts, redesigning weekly workflows, and so on.

Provide Today at Apple Sessions to customers across multiple fields (e.g. photography, video, music, painting, coding, etc.). Organize and hold Apple Summer Camp & Field Trip for students.

Provide enrichment training for Apple employees. Improve the learning environment. Create platforms where more employees can take a step forward and build connections and influence. Enrich each other's lives.

Analyze, diagnose iOS device and software issues. Provide solutions to help customers re-establish their trust in Apple.
