One of the founding entrepreneurs in establishing the LLC and the two-year investment club project. Collaborating with other founding members from Arizona, California, Colorado, Oregon, Texas, and Washington. Members enjoyed increased capacity to invest in the stock markets, as well as gained financial education, business experience, and wealth. Investments ranged both long and short, common and preferred, option trades, and currency trading. Realizing gains of 67.3% in year one, and nearly doubling our investment by the end of the project. As the tax matters partner, I prepared the partnership tax return and distributed all K-1s.
