Appointed as the club's Disability Access Officer (as defined by the responsibilities set out in the UEFA Disability Access Officer Handbook) and the dedicated point of contact for all disabled supporters.- Managed access audits, compliance, innovation and change at AFC Bournemouth's Vitality Stadium- Produced access statements and led on accessible ticketing strategy and all aspects on the match day experience for disabled fans- Partnered with Riverside Travel to deliver accessible away supporter travel

Achieved continuous and sustainable progress in equality, diversity and inclusion at AFC Bournemouth, including the achievement of the Preliminary (2016), Intermediate (2018) and Advanced Level (2020) of the Premier League Equality Standard (PLES/PLEDIS). - Developed EDI across all areas of the football club's operation, including AFC Bournemouth Community Sports Trust- Supported the Operations Director, Head of Community, and Chair to develop strategy and leadership, which was recognised with a nomination for a British Chamber of Commerce Chamber Business Award in the Equality Trailblazer category- Managed PLES submissions and achieved the Preliminary, Intermediate and Advanced Level in consecutive attempts- Ensured the club met legal requirements and governing body guidelines, and managed risk through equality impact assessments- Created and evolved 'Everyone Together', the club's campaign and identity for EDI, which featured on the 2022/23 third kit- Worked with the Commercial Director on partnership working to reach EDI targets and objectives- Devised and facilitated learning and development opportunities as part of a rolling programme of education for all stakeholders- Led on all monitoring data exercises, analysis and reporting- Oversaw the club's charity partnership policy and managed relationships, activations and associated PR- Represented the club with internal and external stakeholders, positively engaging and informing on the club's strategy and activities- Acted as project lead on the Premier League Enterprise programme with AFC Bournemouth Community Sports Trust, using the power of football and the backdrop of a professional football club to inspire aspirations and skills in secondary schools

Supported Dorset FA to widen football's talent pool by developing inclusive county development plans, clarify anti-discrimination regulations and sanctions, encourage reporting of discrimination within the football community by advising on tactics to instil confidence in the reporting snd disciplinary process, and increase knowledge and awareness by embedding inclusive practices within existing development programmes.

Supported the Head of PR and Communications with the running of the C&J Clark International Asia Pacific PR and Communications function. Working with teams and local agencies based in the UK and around the Asia market. Developed B2C and B2B strategic communication plans and produced commercially viable and appropriate press releases, copy and digital assets for the local markets. Developed the international communications model for over 800 people in 40 markets. Part of the team responsible for delivering the company's first global press event.
