- Designed and built over 30 bespoke, integrated software applications used for running of many essential functions in the school, including:> multi-desk-and-operator email & web helpdesk> medical system to request attention from medical staff, retrieve student info, log events and notify support and internal teams > inventory system with predictive notification service> behaviour logging system> seating plan and classroom management service> termly review system, that intelligently allocates staff's observations based on their and their observers' calendars> visitor system with tools to produce printed IDs and sign in / out with touchscreen Raspberry Pi units> hardware based student entry system, reading students' ID cards with NFC and tablets used by security> HR system including leave of absence tracking and automated form delivery- These applications were modular and developed in an extremely agile fashion- The overall platform was then gradually rolled out through the schools Trust as it expanded

- Developed a range of internal tools to support teachers and students; to automate tedious and time-consuming tasks, eliminate paper-based systems and integrate antiquated educational software platforms - Led and supported classroom sessions in Music and Music Technology for KS3, KS4 and KS5 students- Worked with IT department providing support for large network of Windows, OS X, iOS and Android devices and servers- Trained as Apple specialist to provide certified software and hardware support for fleet of Macs
