Responsible for the development, implementation and measurement of effective digital marketing strategies to support the twelve historic homes and museums of Sydney Living Museums. Including flagship events such as the Fifties Fair at Rose Seidler House and the annual Sydney Open event that open the doors to Sydney’s most inspiring buildings each November.The role includes development of creative digital strategies to support the events, exhibitions and the twelve historic homes. Responsibility for the strategic development of all online marketing campaigns, production of online content including, video, email and display advertising. Conceptualise, develop and execute targeted online and social media marketing campaigns that showcase a wide range of events and exhibitions across each of the properties while maintaining processes and budgets to achieve targets. The role also included management of online box office systems and front line staff. Providing reporting and analysis for directorate. Providing training and best practise scenarios to front of house staff. Working with web & screen teams to develop data growth and retention strategies for the CRM. Successfully executing all in and out-bound online communications. Implementing successful strategies with proven results on growth of database and social media communities. Providing year on growth of online communities and email subscriber database. Build and maintain online media partnerships. The Communications Advisor position within the media.comms branch, is responsible for the development and implementation of communications strategies and plans for the Australian Communications and Media Authority. Working collaboratively with a wide range of business units across the ACMA, the role was responsible for planning, developing and implementing all external communications across a broad spectrum of target audiences—both consumer and industry focus.This 12 month, maternity cover, role allowed me great insight into campaign communications at a Federal government level. Working on national communications strategies for major consumer awareness pieces, niche B2B campaigns, and crisis media management for the national media and communications regulator.

IPAF is a not for profit organisation that aims to raise awareness and value of copyright in film and television. Using fact based independent research we are able to execute national consumer campaigns and develop educational programs for primary & secondary schools across Australia. Responsibilities included growing online communities to further promote our messages and build & manage media relationships and partnerships to secure national advertising.

Working on the Commonwealth Bank account producing print ads, DM, in-branch displays, outdoor and online advertising for a range of sectors within the CBA marketing teams. Theses included Youth banking, Community & Sponsorship, Business Banking and Agri Banking departments. Have been lucky enough to work on several award winning campaigns including the Dollarmites websites, under 25's DM communications together and some DM pieces for Asset Finance.
