Working almost 5 years at Sub-U (formerly IAS) gave me opportunities to take ownership over projects and expose myself to what I think is the most innovative technology in the CSfC space. The website is now filled with products I took part or lead in designing. Studying on and off-hours has given me tools to aid coworkers, connect with engineers and folks from different disciplines, and expand my skills far beyond what I went to school for. I went from importing previous projects to SolidWorks, to designing enclosures, circuit boards, and systems focused around their EMI, DFM, DFA, reliability, and usability. The most important things I learned, is that there is so much more to be learned and candid communication is always key.
