January 1, 2024 to Present - Commercial Property & Casualty Producer. After 10 years of managing the growth of the Arizona commercial property & casualty operations, I'm highly excited to move back into the role of managing and growing my personal book of business. Grateful for the opportunity to deploy everything I've learned in protecting and positively impacting the risk management costs of my clients.April 1, 2014 to January 1, 2024 Served as the Arizona Commercial Property & Casualty Practice Leader responsible for the Arizona middle market insurance production team - helping producers find innovative and effective ways of driving down our client's costs of risk. Since my agency was acquired in 2014, have been involved in multiple additional agency acquisitions - merging the acquired staff and operations into ours successfully with little disruption. Work strongly with the Employee Benefits, Personal Lines, and Retirement Planning teams to cross sell and build the operations in those areas. Significant success has been achieved by those teams due to my work in pushing cross sell activities of the group I manage. In the ten years in this position, through organic growth and acquisition, I managed the growth of my portion of the office commissions and fees from $3,000,000 to over $27,000,000.

Was one of the founding owners of the agency, President, and Sales Manager. Worked with a great team, building the agency from a start-up to over $5,000,000 of annual commissions. On March 31, 2014 the firm was acquired by USI Insurance. Building this agency was one of the best experiences of my life.

Worked with a fabulous team building a book of business and learning the skills of taking good care of clients. Had the privilege of being mentored by Bill Schaefer and Craig Ankeney two fabulous insurance brokers. Under their guidance I not only learned the job I learned the love of the job.

Was a group sales representative working with insurance brokers in the Los Angeles metro area selling UNUM's group employee benefit products.

Worked as a personal insurance sales representative selling property, liabilty and life insurance products.
