Ben’s career in the construction industry spans nearly twenty years. His initial general contractor experience brings creative and efficient solutions to any project team with strong knowledge of all different types of construction practices. He is a licensed General Contractor and is currently pursuing his LEED Green Associate designation with the U.S. Green Building Council. Ben has the experience and personality to bring the designer, contractor and stakeholders together for a successful project completion because of the accumulation of positions throughout his professional career. His wide array of knowledge in design, planning, financing, construction and overall project management brings a versatile member to any project team. Ben has been in a primary role for all different types of private and public funded development and construction projects which include: luxury single family homes, multi-family apartments and condominiums, affordable government funded housing, tenant improvements (retail, restaurant and office), commercial buildings, higher educational buildings and medical facilities.Specialties: Quality control, Construction supervision
