In charge of the operations, sales, inventory, and staff management of all sales by the Ynot Pizza Franchise in the Scope Arena in downtown Norfolk. Tasks include labor reports, hiring/firing, workforce management and training, money handling and sales accountability.

The paper increased circulation by 40% and reader feedback by 30% while maintaining a high standard of quality during these years. I was awarded the Virginia Press Associations Recognition of Excellence for my Editorial work and overall quality.
