I have worked in the digital space for almost 20 years. I've been everything from a graduate working in support to running and owning several digital agencies. I now focus on Experience Strategy and Design. I'm fascinated by people and love digital, but as exciting as new digital technology is I believe it should be viewed as a tool and used to enhance the human experience. People first, technology second.I love the creative process so long as it is driven by insight and focused on the user. I’d rather a conversation than monologue. I am curious by nature and a strategist at heart. I have a start up mentality, but understand the complexity of large organisations.Condensing your point of view on life, skills and passion into a small profile section is never easy. but I suppose you could say; I'm an experienced digital lead that knows the reality of running an organisation and working within client constraints.
