Lead SQE for population health management suites. End to end testing from the point of EHR data conversion and population, to standardized reporting and patient management, through a macro view for multiple health entities and payer institutions.Responsibilities: Built bug tracking module in Salesforce to fully integrate with the support and sales modules already in use by i2i Systems at the time of my hiring.  Implemented process for QA and developer bug reporting/tracking and build acceptance, testing, and promotion throughout the SDLC. Created and maintained knowledge base wiki for the QA/Dev group, designed with an agile approach in mind. Organized the QA effort for releases across 2 major platforms, 3 large software suites, with as many as 4 simultaneous branches. Management of the QA Databases and Servers, maintenance and verification of current versions and data integrity. Whitebox testing of elements such as connectors which linked our individual products.Environment: MSSQL, Azure, Visual Studio, Salesforce, Mediawiki, HTML, SSMS, Windows, Office, Silverlight

 Developed Test Plans, Test Cases to test the Screens and workflows. Also developed Test Plans for the tasks, dependencies and participants required to mitigate the risks to system quality.Tracked changes in the product specification and updated test cases accordingly  Did backend database testing by running SQL queries, and validating the results. Used pgAdmin to perform querying, retargeting testing etc., to ensure data consistency and data integrity Set up test data and pre-requisites for test case execution, and preparation of test bed Regular execution of the automated test cases, logging defects and tracking them to closure in consultation with Development.  Reported numerous bugs of all the severity levels and monitored their resolution status in Tracker test management tool Participated in twice weekly Scrum Meetings to provide the updates and information. Participated in sprint planning, integration and other requirements review meetings to update the team about the ongoing progress/issues Co-ordinated with Creative department, developers and testers to come up with various testing scenarios, exceptional conditions and prepare test data.  Performed functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, user acceptance and validation testing in a web application.
