Clarity is a business-to-business service-based startup. I began my time at Aunt Bessie's managing the Desserts category before moving over Potatoes where I ran the largest product category in the business comprising on 25+ SKUs with a retail sales value of £90,000,000. Worked as part of the ‘Don’t Look Back’ team. Here, I specialised in helping high-risk, ex-offenders, with varying mental health problems and past offences, reintegrate into society. Mind helped me to put into practice the skills I learned during my degree and enabled me to coach and mentor vulnerable people to put the past behind them, move forward, and, most importantly, not offend again! Due to the sensitive nature of this work, I was DBS-checked for this role.
