Picking up from where I left off in June 2016, I have been assigned more responsibility regarding the promotion of events across five UK locations. With a special knowledge of Maidstone and the surrounding areas, I promote performances to target markets through social media, media contacts, local press and have introduced the idea of working with ‘influencers’. I’ve been assigned to lead on this front and to broaden its scope to our other venues, especially central London, where I have been provided a budget and must evidence of ROI and weekly marketing updates to the PizzaExpress board. I provide event listings and press releases to a wide range of outlets, printed in magazines and event guides around the globe from Los Angeles to Dubai. I’ve played a vital role in the organisation of a large scale event in April 2018 where shareholders and clients will experience the PizzaExpress Live brand featuring food, drink and world class acts.

Since becoming a sole-trader in August 2016, I have worked for MusicStation, acutting edge music school where I have coordinated a busy schedule of students andtutors. This has required sound communication skills and clear personable communication with customers and colleagues alike. I’ve scheduled and coordinated up to fifteen tutors across five classrooms and liaised with customers and external stakeholders, while managing their expectations to ensure customer satisfaction.Short and long-term deadlines are organised with project managers by breakingobjectives down and liaising with necessary parties to define agreed timeframeswithin budget. I have played a vital part in the successful introduction of this long term project where I was assigned roles needing strong organization skills, excellent literacy, computer skills and attention to detail regarding accuracy of customer details, punctuation and spelling.Through many of my previous roles I have been introduced to new programsdesigned to organise and arrange tasks as simply as possible, through a variety ofcloud platforms including those purpose built overseas. I have used these to reduceworking hour costs, account for staff expenditure more accurately and for data entry.

Responsible for running a service section and co-ordinating with some of the world’s favourite jazz, soul, funk and blues artists. I generate sales and maintain customer liaison to ensure the delivery of client services whilst managing accounts. My role is employer and graduate facing and I am the key liaison person for the department so I always provide excellent customer service whilst representing the GradsKent brand. I run workshops and presentations across Kent and London so keen management of electronic diaries, travel logistics and related skills are essential. Inter-agency working is crucial and I maintain good working relationships with senior and contemporary levels of staff within my own and other organisations. I handle confidential information with confidence and discretion and use information to maintain and update systems, databases, reports and key performance indicators.

• Responsibilities includeed distribution of post, photocopying and scanning, processing theatre hire contracts, invoice payment, setting up and maintainance of databases, stationary stock maintainance, answering customer enquires along with other general administration. • Assisting the marketing and communications department with the writing of press releases including interviewing cast and crew of various shows. Marketing of theatre productions to specified target audiencs. Co-writing, producing and directing two short films with Hazlitt Youth Theatre (HYT). Managing distribution and stock control of marketing materiels.• Assisting with the co-ordination and running of The Changeling Theatre Companay’s ‘As You Like It’ castings and auditions in Brick Lane, London. • Stewarding during the busy pantomime season, manning the bar and kiosk. • Procured and contracted a new photocopier.• Co-ordinating events with Kent Police and other agencies including Olymipic Torch rally point celebrations in association with Coca-Cola and Samsung, and daily HYT workshops. This included organising accrediatation of on-site-staff, arranging suitable staff numbers at different locations and dealing with differing levels of stakeholder including celebrities, politicians and council members.
