• Following up with Accounts and Retention teams to ensure that all campaigns’ transactions on customers’ accounts are settled aptly.• Making sure that Social Care team responds to customer inquiries with effort to satisfy customer’s inquiry and maintain positive customer relations.• Receiving and resolving escalation of dissatisfied customers and complaints.• Ensuring that my team provides product and service information to all customers.• Evaluating, coaching and supporting social care agents to achieve team performance targets and meeting the set-up Service Level Agreements. • Ensuring that customers are informed of issues on their accounts or connections such as signal issues, offers and validity of their subscription.
