General responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: advising the Auburn University National Pan-Hellenic Council, its officers, each group's respective executive board and related committees, and doing the same for other culturally based fraternities and sororities on campus; managing any extension efforts involving NPHC and culturally-based chapters; serving as an advocate and resource for students; assisting with program planning and implementation for all Greek students; communicating with alumni(ae) advisors, inter/national officers and headquarters, local law enforcement agencies and community officials; participating in staff training and meetings; advising Order of Omega, an all-Greek honor society; supporting large events for other Greek councils, such as recruitment processes and philanthropy events; and participating on committees and other programs promoting the Office of Greek Life and the Division of Student Affairs.

• Advise and provide direct developmental assistance to Greek organizations in programmatic functions.• Serve as liaison between assigned Greek community and campus administrators.• Coordinate workshops, conferences, various program functions, awards and ceremonies.• Maintain and update ASU NPHC Constitution & By-laws • Provide direct supervision to the National Pan Hellenic Council and the Council of Independent Organizations.
