Yuffi was a digital menu platform designed for restaurants. It empowered customers to simply scan a QR code within the restaurant, effortlessly browse dishes, place orders, and complete payments with just a few taps - all without requiring interaction with a waiter. Furthermore, our platform seamlessly integrated with the restaurant's POS system, significantly enhancing the efficiency of the ordering process and enabling restaurants to concentrate on cooking.As a founder, I've learned that it's crucial to validate the problem by interviewing customers before embarking on product development. During the development phase, it's essential to create an MVP to test its core functionalities first.
