• Supported 3 business lines by maintaining monthly revenue forecasts, completing month end revenue entries and cost accruals, performing monthly pricing analysis, as well as ad hoc analysis.• Built a new international forecast tool in Microsoft Excel that is used to help our 5 international sales managers produce the monthly revenue forecast that is presented to the senior leadership team.• Collaborated with a cross functional team to clean up the services backlog by leading a monthly status meeting with the service team managers to identify stalled projects that could be completed and then communicating those projects to the sales team to help drive revenue.• Owned the monthly commissions process for the 15 international sales reps by tracking, calculating, and submitting their commissions as well as collaborating with senior leaders to develop yearly sales quotas and commission plans.

• Led a summer project to leverage Red Gate’s historic enterprise data to build prediction models that will be used to forecast revenue, orders, and backlog.• Worked with corporate senior leadership to understand the business use cases, and developed enterprise dashboards in Microsoft Power BI to support those use cases.• Working independently, developed and maintained a weekly project plan that enumerated development priorities and ensured that all deliverables were complete by the end of the summer program
