Ben Baker is a Vice President with Adams Lynch Associates. He represents clients in the disposition and acquisition of multifamily apartment investments in the Midwest United States with a primary focus in the State of Ohio. During the past fourteen years Ben has been a multifamily industry leader recognized by various real estate associations for his representation and counsel of a wide variety of institutions, private entities, lenders, hedge funds, private equity funds and REITS.Ben earned his Ohio real estate license in 2003 and his Pennsylvania real estate license in 2013. Prior to joining Adams Lynch, Ben was affiliated with Colliers International for almost three years where he was a Senior Vice President and Principal. Prior to his tenure at Colliers, Ben was affiliated with Marcus & Millichap for eleven years where he was named Vice President of Investments and Director of the National Multi-Housing Group. During his investment real estate career Ben has closed over 250 multifamily transactions on behalf of private investors, REITs and lenders. He has an astute sense of multifamily trends, financing thresholds, multifamily cash flow analysis, cap rate and interest rate trends, and related fundamentals of multifamily brokerage.Ben received his Bachelor of Arts from Purdue University and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Toledo College of Law. Prior to establishing himself in multifamily brokerage he practiced law in Miami, Florida and Cleveland, Ohio for seven years.
