FreeWorld is part of a movement to end mass incarceration and the criminalization of poverty. We support returning citizens to get and maintain living-wage jobs as truck drivers. I lead our program teams, which include incredible educators, coaches, and counselors who support our students through our program. We refer to our students as "Free Agents" in order to celebrate their freedom and agency, and everything we do is in service of them.

Led large-scale technology projects to improve enrollment in Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, and other State-administered programs.

I led the introduction and roll-out of COVID vaccines for the State of Connecticut, partnering closely with the DPH Immunization Program, our Governor's office, and a range of State agencies and community partners. Our goal was to bend the curve of the pandemic, and working together, we helped Connecticut achieve one of the fastest, most effective, and equitable roll-outs in the country. We also built a team who's work continues to this day.

McKinsey is a management consulting firm. My work was exclusively in the public and social sectors: providing strategic and operational support to non-profits, philanthropies and public agencies.My work is collaborative - I build teams and partner with the leadership of my clients to develop new strategies and operational approaches for achieving their mission. As a people manager, I actively mentor and coach my teams to ensure our collective efforts are successful. Although I have served clients working on education, climate, youth, homelessness, and much more - my primary expertise and focus is on health and healthcare. In addition, I bring skills and experience in digital, data, and analytics. I helped to create McKinsey's Public Health Data & Analytics service line and use my lifetime's passion and love of technology to help my clients make best use of technology.

I helped to lead product marketing for Google's cloud computing products (e.g., infrastructure-, platform-, and database-as-a-service products) – helping to support adoption of these tools by a health, education, and many other institutions. My work spanned the breadth of the marketing function: I managed teams and agencies across brand management, digital, creative, and events. I partnered with product management to bring the voice of the user.

CIFA was a public health non-profit organization. My work focused on managing a series of programs that aimed to engage grassroots faith communities in public health efforts.I supervised project teams in four countries in sub-Saharan Africa and managed a 3-person US-based project team and external consultant, creating an effective multi-national leadership team for CIFA’s HIV programs.I also supported the roll-out of house-of-worship-based HIV-prevention curricula, engaging religious leaders as key civil society leaders to support behavior change and public health interventions across multiple faith communities

I helped to lead AJWS's alternative break and rabbinic delegation programs - bringing groups of students and professionals to Nicaragua and India and facilitating a curriculum that was focused on international development, social justice, and personal responsibility.
