Provides design support for architectural products budgets, evaluation, selection, specification and pricing for projects generated by Sales.- Gathers Programming Information- Generates Typicals for Budgeting, Participates in Product Evaluation, and Selection- Design, Development of Furniture Floorplan, Specifications and Finish Form for Approvals- Provides Installation and Sales Packets, Follows Spec Check Process- Exports SIF Files for Team Design Proposals- Provides Collateral Materials, Assists with Bid and Proposal Responses- Assists with Generation of Punch List Specifications- Provides Design Fee Options and Maintains time sheets- Project Management (for small projects when a PM is not involved)- Walk-thru, Owns Punch List Completion (for small projects when a PM is not involved)

Provide register coverage and process all customer and associate transactions at the registers.Perform all cash office functions and ensure that the front end is supplied with the necessaryresources for register functions. Serve as primary customer service provider at the front end andliaison between customers and management. Ensure customers receive outstanding service byadhering to and enforcing customer service programs.

Used problem-solving techniques in order to help the guest find the right tool for their project. While using in house software and basic mathskills, helped the guest estimate their plans for material price comparison.
