In my role as Communications Associate, I was responsible for providing media relations support, department-wide administrative support, and strategic communications support. I often served as the primary point of contact for incoming media requests and ensured consistent, professional interactions with members of the media to maintain important relationships. In addition, I assisted in a range of diverse projects and assignments related to the day-to-day achievements and challenges of our colleagues throughout the organization, many of which included graphic design, web design, photography and video.

Manages all digital and social media for ShoeBox Recycling and Community Recycling. I am also responsible for creating all video and photographic material for both companies. At ShoeBox Recycling, our mission is to recycle as many pairs of shoes as possible so that your old shoes can be given a new life. As a for-profit recycler, we know that we can only do good if we do well. Every shoe we collect will be distributed for reuse at various local market places around the world. When you place a note in your shoes and tell the next owner what is special about them, you can trace the path they take and ultimately find your 'Sole Mate'. Who knows what experience awaits you.
