Customer facing sales engineer. - Interfaced with clients through regional sales staff (though, often directly) to collect and assess manufacturing process/application details to provide appropriately designed mixing equipment that would fulfill desired process results.- Prepared formal equipment quotations for full company product offering from replacement hardware and parts to on-site service, laboratory testing to projects involving multiple agitators.- Occasional travel to serve as technical support for outside sales staff.- Tracked, analyzed quote and order history to inform sales strategy, help steer internal initiatives to develop or expand product offerings.

I worked on a team to survey and prepare renovation plans for three properties in Easton's West Ward neighborhood.I acted alongside local professionals and college faculty to perform heating and cooling load calculations on each building per ASHRAE standards, as well as research the efficacy of waste heat reclamation systems. Research and calculation served as the basis for developing sustainable, economical, and environmentally friendly renovation schedules and supporting reports for each building. All research, reports, and recommendations were presented to the Community Action Committee of the Lehigh Valley, the Wachovia Foundation, and Lafayette College.
