As the Systems Project Manager I manage software implementations and conversion projects for all customer accounts. Work closely with the customer, engineering, and operations to ensure project milestones are delivered on time. Manage and assist with quality assurance, end user acceptance, and production testing. Provide IT and networking support during the implementation of new equipment or services. Develop metric tracking and trends to better support our business and customers. Consult and provide customers direction for automating pharmacy workflow.

Promoted to Senior Account Manager in 2012. I managed the implementation of new equipment and the support of that equipment for all accounts. Worked closely with customer accounts in the Department of Defense, Veterans Affairs, hospital, and retail markets with project planning, on boarding, launch activities, and post installation support to ensure mutual success in all areas.

Hired on to manage on boarding and customer retention for all accounts East of the Mississippi. Responsible for project managing the on boarding of new customers and managing the account from that point forward.

Converted my in laws local antique store into one of the largest online retailers for retro furniture and restored vintage vending machines. Designed and built several websites and within 4 years we had increased revenue by over 500%. My focused the first two years was on SEO which resulted in top first page organic listings for all our targeted keywords. As the business grew my role shifted into scaling business processes, operations, and infrastructure. Decided to take a job offer at Asteres once my in laws and wife had secure full time positions at BarsandBooths.

Was hired on to manage the hourly retail staff at LegoLand CA which numbered 100+ during the peak seasons. During my time at LegoLand CA, I introduced inventory control and purchasing systems to maximize product turn over and minimize storage needs. Shortly after implementing I was put in charge of buying all LEGO toy for the park. As a buyer I spent time testing new toy lines and marketing plans, which included visiting the LEGO Enfield corporate office. Decided to move on from Legoland CA when my in laws offered me a position building the family business.

San Diego, Dallas, & Costa Mesa

My first job, well one not washing dishes, cooking, waiting tables, or managing pools. Started at Virtual World as the Food and Beverage manager. Helped design and build a themed menu for food and specialty drinks. After six months I was offered an operations manager position at a new location opening in Dallas TX. In Dallas I was promoted to General Manager and went on to open three more locations across the United States. Ran one of the first online video gaming tournaments (Virtual World Cup) in 1995 & 1996. Spent my final year at the San Diego location. The San Diego location was the last to close its doors in 1997. Virtual World Entertainment (VWE) was bought by Microsoft in 1997 who used some of the online group mission architecture to build the first Xbox live game MechWarrior.
