I've had the pleasure of spending 20 years striving to provide first-class sales and service for market-leading organisations including John Lewis, Barclays, NatWest, RBS, WorldPay, & Pitney Bowes to name a few, and I've loved it! Today I run my own Franchised Estate Agency and it excites me to focus all that I have learned and achieved on helping my own individual customers.I've seen many changes in the relationships between customers and service providers and this has become of deep interest to me. As consumers, we respond positively towards convenience and yet I fear that this is often at the expense of value. And by this, I mean true Value on a personal, individualistic level. I believe that understanding our customers holds the key to our ongoing success in building strong relationships but that it carries with it a responsibility, even a duty of care to use our intelligence, this very great power to affect customers positively on an individual basis and not in pigeon holes.My greatest accomplishment is the thousands if not tens of thousands of face to face meetings with my customers through the years, these people have represented organisations across all types; including small businesses (for whom I have a particular passion), huge corporates and of course individuals and does what I've learned correlate with grouping customers together and treating them all the same...does it hell!Now having realised a life dream of starting out on my own, and with an understanding that my customers are individuals I strive to provide unparalleled advice to my customers, some will love me, some won't, but the message is always the same that we focus on truth, integrity and only offering what we know we can deliver.
