Extensive experience conducting break-off testing on an Instron 4411 Tensile Strength Tester. Gained experience with data acquisition by using a linear motor fixed with a load cell to conduct break-off testing. Used DraftSight to create a detailed floor plan of assembly area. Gained experience with program management through exposure to advanced product quality planning (APQP), tooling procurement, and engineering change request and control. Further program management experienced was gained through exposure to feasibility studies and multi-bid program quoting. Gained QA experience by testing gauge fixtures and creating work instructions for them.

Gained experience with generating accurate 3D prints by resizing features based on material (ABS vs PLA). Gained experience with Arduino IDE and learned the basics of PID tuning when programming an oven controller. Further developed soft skills in a professional environment. Gained experience with Festo pneumatic components on assembly lines, turntables, and robot end-of-arms. Gained exposure to programming 3-axis Sepro robots and 6-axis Yaskawa robots. Built and installed end-of-arms and dress packs on Yaskawa robots. Gained experience installing and configuring Keyence camera detection systems and proximity sensors on both new and existing production lines. Learned how to configure Schneider HMIs using Vijeo HMI Designer. Used CX-Programmer to program Omron PLCs on new production lines. Gained some exposure to Allen-Bradley PLC programming using RSLogix 5000. Learned how to troubleshoot hardware/wiring issues on existing production lines by viewing live PLC programs. Spent many hours troubleshooting and servicing Dukane ultrasonic welding systems.
