Worked with the Commissioner, Board of Directors (college presidents), and other athletic administrator groups in the conference structure to develop and implement conference policies. Managed championship operations for the conference’s 16 championships and oversaw the Assistant Commissioner for Compliance to monitor conference and NCAA compliance issues. - Helped to develop initial conference championship operation standards and conference compliance protocols for the newly formed conference.- Led search and onboarded Assistant Commissioner for Compliance.- Developed and implemented strategies for the NCAA Division II Enhancement Grant funds.

Served as the financial executor of the conference’s accounts when operations ceased. Negotiated closure agreements for all accounts and distributed remaining assets former members of the conference at the time the organization ceased operations.

Provided support and advise the 15-member institutions with conference and NCAA compliance related issues. Served as the primary contact for conference championship events and assisted member institutions with hosting NCAA regional or national tournaments. - Built the conference compliance program from scratch to assist the 15 member schools perform more efficiently and understand compliance processes consistently across the membership.- Developed and implemented strategies for grant funding from NCAA Division II Enhancement Grant program.- Served on multiple regional advisory committees and national sport committees during tenure.
