 Formulate and maintain extensive real estate budget.  Responsible for all program management and administrative functions of the financial and closing departments.  Manage six employees including four buyer’s agents and two administrative assistants.  Provide leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives.  Provide recommendations to CEO and Vice President of Operations in order to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities.

 Responsible for closing documents in accordance with state requirements and client instructions.  Coordinated with title companies in to ensure flawless closing. Organized surveyors, appraisers, inspectors, and title work to guarantee clients have a successful closing experience. Supervised other agents within the company to ensure they are meeting their clients’ needs and achieving sales objectives. Oversaw over 150 real estate transactions annually.
