Manage team of 7 BDRs and corporate sales campaigns tied to business development.Developing business relationships and creating new opportunities with enterprise companies. Finding new ways ConRes can assist our customers. Driving corporate initiatives to expand our emerging technologies practices and broaden our existing sales foot print. Support the sales, engineering, and marketing teams. Main charter was to gain net new customers. Help build out a new business development department/team, from ramping up BDRs, developing best practices, cross-functional alignment, lead business development campaigns with partnered manufacturers and internally, vendor management, and introducing/customizing/administrating Salesforce and related tools for the company. Primary initiatives include hyper-converged infrastructure, software defined networking, public & private cloud, automation, security, and any solution sets or professional services that reside in the data center.
