National responsibilities include:+ Define the appropriate marketing strategy for the region's maturity/size. + Develop and manage the corporate marketing budget and property budgets. + Develop and execute the annual marketing plan and the strategies, tactics and resources necessary to achieve commercial goals. + Measure and demonstrate ROI on marketing campaigns and initiatives.+ Oversee marketing communications including branding, public relations, advertising, trade shows, seminars, special events, analyst management, website strategy and content design. + Develop and manage production of all collateral and communication materials to support fund marketing.+ Brand management with responsibility to deliver large scale, national signage installations consistent with international standards.+ Manage internal marketing team performance, strategic partner agencies and external supplier relationships.
