Teach our weekly Young Adult Gathering on Tuesday nights;Train bible teachers and preachers;Mentor young adults;Perform premarital counseling and weddings;Organize social events where young adults could connect relationally with one another;Recruit, train and lead volunteers to accomplish our mission;Establish "bridges" whereby High School Graduates could navigate the transition into young adult life, and whereby young adults could assimilate into the life of the church at large;Maintain the Young Adult Ministry budget;Support the Main Sunday Worship Service when needed.

Plan worship service content and infrastructure each Sunday;Recruit, train, schedule and organize the volunteer workforce necessary to implement each Sunday's plan;Critique, debrief and strategically realign our production team's contribution to the Sunday service;Network with musicians, worship leaders, AVL technicians and installers;Maintain the budget for Sunday content and AVL systems necessary to its implementation;Graphic Arts: video editing, desktop publishing, layout, design, printing, ordering;Support our Guest Services Team with the assimilation of new visitors, to ensure that the Guest Experience was pleasant from the street to the seat.
