An experienced Integrated Logistics Support Manager, Technical Consultant, Quality and Project Manager and with 20 years Defence sector experience, I am a highly capable Defence consultant. With a strong background in logistics support analysis, I am experienced in performing and reporting on Reliability, Availability, Maintainability (RAM) & Life Cycle Cost (LCC) modelling, Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA), Level of Repair Analysis (LORA) and spare part analysis. With a good understanding of the related Defence standards, I am experienced in the drafting, review and updating of technical artefacts/documents such as Technical Maintenance Plans (TMP), Electrical, Mechanical Engineering Instructions (EMEI), User Handbooks (UHB), Complete Equipment Schedules (CES) and Repair Parts Schedules (RPS) and Operation and Maintenance (O&M) manuals. I’m also experienced in the development of documents such as Integrated Logistics Support Plans and Instructions (ILSP/ILSI) and Functional Performance Requirements and Specifications (FPR/FPS).Holding numerous MILIS profiles and trained to operate IAW the Electronic Supply Chain Manual (ESCM), I have a solid working knowledge of the Defence supply system. Having previously performed the role of ADF Logistics Manager (ADFLM), I can effectively conduct inventory and maintenance management through electronic systems monitoring, audits, and corrective procedures in order to provide comprehensive logistics solutions to facilitate projects and priorities of all sizes. Having also previously held several Technical Regulatory Authority approvals and with an understanding as to Defence configuration management processes and protocols, I am experienced at working with a number of Defence configuration management tools.As a Project Manager I have most recently managed projects for the Integrated Soldier Systems and Critical Systems branches of CASG, I possess a working knowledge of ASDEFCON Volume 1 and Volume 2 Contracting documentation as well as other Government regulatory and business frameworks. I am trained in FMS acquisition and accounts management. and am familiar with International Trade in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Defence Export Controls (DEC) processes and protocols.
