• Served as the financial, contractual, and acquisitions SETA for two government research programs, working with multiple government program managers and technical advisory teams. Each program was comprised of multiple prime contracts and varying amounts of subcontractor agreements. • Create and track spend plans, developed tools to track financial health of the program and aid in program management. Have seen programs through the full program life cycle from initial award to program close-out. • Work with program researchers and contracting agents to make sure all contract requirements are met on time and within budget. Prepared variance reports. Worked with prime contractors to provide assistance on invoicing issues between subs and primes as well as issues between prime contractors and contracting agents. • Prepare program acquisition packages including statements of work, funding documents, and other required documentation on an as needed basis. Acquisition packages ensured full auditability of program in line with IC auditing requirements. • Utilized STATA programming to run various statistical reports on an as needed basis.
