Requirements lead and System Analysis lead on a large Internal Research and Development (IRAD) program to design a next generation radar system. Initial concept and array architecture designs; created and maintained the Blake charts, radar timing diagrams, radar-level performance, system and sub-system requirements.Successfully led a group of 8 Systems and Software Engineers to model and simulate system performance of a new radar solution.On-site work leading a team of Antenna, REX, Software and Integration Engineers in testing, integrating and aligning a large, complex Active Electronically Scanned Array radar.
