The overall objective of the Enterprise Business Intelligence (EBI) organization is to build data products and applications that supply internal stakeholders at all levels of the company with easy access to information and analytic solutions that inform critical decisions.My responsibilities included:- Attract, develop, and reward high performing engineering talent- Lead engineering efforts to build and support EBI data products- Trusted partner for senior leadership to determine best solutions- Develop and implement an efficient DevOps strategy- Collaborate with teams across EBI and stakeholders throughout the product development life cycle- Maintain highly reliable production operations- Research new technologies and design proof of concepts to assess their capabilities

- As part of the Digital Center of Excellence, develop a scalable solution that consolidates digital data in one reliable environment.- Manage integration of the data for Xfinity Mobile into the existing EBI products portfolio.- Partnering with other teams in EBI to develop products and applications that allow end users to focus on gaining valuable insights from their data.- Lead and develop a high performing team of data engineers.- Manage ongoing production operational support.

As an ETL Developer, Project Lead, and BI Manager, I designed, built, tested, and deployed data warehousing solutions and BI applications. Past projects include managing the reporting workstream for the divestiture of multiple business units, designing a near real-time solution for reporting quality control data, and leading ETL maintenance for production operations.
