Lifelong computer/data nerd turned Python developer. I am most-experienced in Python, but also have data visualization experience in Tableau, Power BI, & Google Data Studio, as well as with various web development frameworks, including HTML/CSS, Wordpress, Joomla, and Drupal. Other personal programming projects have included a Python filescraper in support of an ongoing personal book project (available on GitHub), a corresponding visualization in Google’s Looker/Data Studio (work-in-progress--available in Google Drive), experiments with Huggingface’s AI models, light automation using batch scripts, and a Twitterbot created during my time on Capitol Hill. I am moderately familiar with Ruby and Javascript and am comfortable working with API keys/requests, JSON files, and a wide-range of fundamental libraries.
