My main tasks included:• Coordinating and managing Trade Compliance tests in the EMEA region (24 countries) in the following areas: shipping, receiving, warehousing, import, export• Provide guidance for the BC team members• Contact with the client and with local suppliers• Managing client requests and complaints• Conduct trainings for the suppliers if required• Updating and managing test documentations• Creating and reporting performance (KPI) reports
