I am a Production and Energy Controller at MOL, a leading integrated oil and gas company in Central and Eastern Europe. I have a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from University of Pannonia, where I also completed a dual program to gain practical experience in petroleum refining. As a Production and Energy Controller, I am responsible for optimizing the yields, energy consumption, and qualities of the refinery, using various tools and methods to monitor and improve the performance and efficiency of the plants. I work with the distillation and residue processing asset teams, where I previously did an internship, to investigate and implement innovative solutions, such as replacing the current condenser with a compabloc heat exchanger on the vacuum column in CDU. I am motivated by the challenge and opportunity to contribute to the sustainability and profitability of the company, and to learn from the diverse and talented colleagues I work with. I am also passionate about developing my skills and knowledge in the field of chemical engineering and refining, and applying them to real-world problems.
