- Order management (running fulfilment generally from US & NL to IT)- Continuous contact with cross-functional partners (Customer, Engineering, Sourcing, Site teams, Freight forwarders, Factory production schedulers, Warehouse)- Process development- Strong follow-up of the sales plans/fulfilment- Expediting and harmonizing the partner functions to meet with Customer requirements- Working with over 60% rate of short cycle orders

- Track progress of outstanding quotations providing status feedback to the business - Engage with Sales to close orders that support business metrics - Follow an individual work plan and meets day-to-day short-term objectives - Resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning - Be responsible for quote compliance, fulfillment , advance Release and conversion for expedited quotes within the region - Strive to reduce processing cycles, and provide accurate delivery times to Outage / Parts Sales Managers - Interface with Outage Sales Managers and other Field personnel for lead generation and HQ functions to drive preparation, execution and conversion of quotes and pre-quotes for outages - Provide factory / sourcing commitments with regard to short cycle demands to GE representatives as appropriate - Understand all Customer Special Requirements; communicate to and follow up with those responsible for all accurate and complete fulfillment - Be the primary point of contact for GE personnel field and HQ, and GE facilities for ITO (Inquiry to Order) issues relating to Quote Management from inquiry to order including order conversion
