I worked as a senior recruiter trainee at Bosch. This position is equivalent to a fulltimejunior recruiter position. As an HR trainee, I encountered many types of tasks. However, what really caught my attention wasrecruitment. That's why I decided that this was the line I wanted to start, grow and experience. As an insurance consultant, I learned how to deal with people.
