Solo Projects:Workday Integration with on-prem Active Directory.We use Workday as the master record for all users. This allows us to automate the creation and de-provisioning of all users. I've also created custom-made Workday attributes for ease of use for Azure Dynamic Groups. This makes it so that users can be assigned to required groups automatically as they move roles within the company. This integration helped update all users information in our environment and across all apps tied to our Active Directory. Workday / Azure Active Directory Side- Wrote custom Workday attributes to give all users custom attributes to fit business needs and to be able to automate group assignment via Azure Dynamic Groups. - Wrote custom Azure AD expression for formatting data from Workday, updating user info in the Address book, and assigning users to correct OUs.On-Prem SideCreated Powershell script to handle newly provisioned users from Workday to Active Directory.- First initial, last name for all corporate users (EX. bcedeno@extraspace.com)- Employee user ID for all facility users (EX. 123456@extraspace.com)- Create o365 mailbox and enabled mailbox archiving- Add users to default groups, set password, set custom attributes - Logging for the script to send daily reports based on users that were provisioned successfully / unsuccessfullySystem Administrator:Responsible for managing and maintaining all of our on-prem infrastructure across 3 Data Centers.
