Main tasks:- I’m doing end to end Recruitment at Adecco- Working on 10-15 open positions at a time - Participating in job intake calls, finding out the client’s needs in depth- Job posting and selecting the right candidates from applications received- Prescreening and interviewing the candidates through phone or Teams- Direct sourcing on LinkedIn and Profession.hu, occasionally through social media- Giving feedback for the partners about the market using LinkedIn Talent Insight and the collected data- Upon request handling the offer process- Being the first point of contact to the candidates through the whole selection process- I'm specialized in Supply Chain and SSC positions. Other tasks:- Participate representing the company in job fairs (HVG job fair, Jobverse - career advise section, etc.)- I’m responsible for an internal recruitment project as an outsourcing solution.
