Responsibilities and achievements:- Managing biweekly forecasting process which is combining results of more than 50 legal entities'. Achieved high level of automation and complexity via VBA codes.- Managing monthly actual / management reporting process including evaluation of group entities' financial performance, budget-actual and forecast-actual analysis. The lead-time of the process was successfully decreased from several days to just a few hours via VBA automation.- Participation in preparing the group level consolidated annual business plan involving development and implementation of CCH Tagetik CPM (Corporate Performance Management) system.- Supporting further development, testing and integration of CPM (CCH Tagetik) system- Supporting preparation of the quarterly presentation of MET Group's performance- Conducting ad-hoc analysis and other financial models and projects as needed- Providing day-to-day financial guidance to business partners at all levels
